2. Products and orders

The presentation of products in our online store is not a binding offer. By placing an order through checkout, you submit a binding offer to purchase the items in your order. An automatic order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not, by itself, mean that we have accepted it. A contract is formed when we expressly accept your order or dispatch the goods.

3. Prices and payment

The prices and any applicable taxes shown at checkout before you place your order apply. Any additional shipping costs are also shown before you complete checkout. The payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout.

4. Delivery

We deliver to the areas specified in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Applicable shipping costs and estimated delivery times are described there and shown during the ordering process where relevant. Your statutory rights concerning delivery remain unaffected.

5. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, your statutory right of withdrawal is described in our Return and refund policy. That policy also contains a model withdrawal form and information about the direct cost of returning goods.
